By way of the present petition filed under Section 29A (4) and (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ('A&C Act'), the petitioner seeks extension of mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal by a period of six months for concluding the Arbitral proceedings and passing the Award. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal has expired on 26.12.2024.

Issue notice.

Learned counsel appears on behalf of the respondents on advance copy, accepts notice and submits that the respondent has no objection to the prayer made in the petition.

Learned counsels for the parties submit that the Arbitral Tribunal has reserved the award.

Tribunal is extended by another period of six months from 26.12.2024. It is further observed that any proceedings conducted after the last mandate expired, shall also stand validated and regularised. 7.
