By way of the present petition filed under Section 29A(4) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, the petitioner seeks extension of mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal for a period of 6 months for concluding the Arbitral proceedings and passing the Award.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal expires on 17.02.2025. Learned counsel further submits that the mandate has been previously extended by the Arbitrator with the consent of the parties, vide its order dated 12.12.2024. 3.
Learned counsel for the respondents enters appearance and submits that the respondents have no objection to the prayer made in the petition. 4.
Considering the aforesaid request and the no objection given by the other side, the present petition is allowed and the mandate of the Arbitral The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
