Petitioners herein seek quashing of FIR No. 0955/2021 dated 14.11.2021, registered at Police Station Binda Pur, for commission of offences under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC, along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise arrived at between the parties. 2.

As per the contents of the petition, the parties have settled all their disputes amicably and are living together in complete harmony. 3.

However, none of the petitioners are present today in Court. 4.

Respondent No.2 is present in Court alongwith her child and her father and they submit that there is no settlement as she was made to leave the matrimonial house again on 09.02.2026.

Mr. Vijay Pratap Singh, learned counsel for petitioners, who has joined the proceedings through video-conferencing, also acknowledged the abovesaid fact and submit that since the settlement has fizzled out, the present petition may be, accordingly, disposed of as not pressed.
