1. The present application under Section 482 of the CrPC on behalf of petitioner seeks the following prayers:
"It is therefore most respectfully prayed that considering the submissions made in the Writ Petition and in this application an investigation be called from the Passport Authorities of Lucknow and Delhi and further a cse of cheating and forgery by registered authorities on whose negligence two passport has been issued to said person.
Any other relief which this Hon‟ble High Court deems fit and proper in favour of the petitioner and as against the respondents." 2.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.

The application is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.
