This Petition under Section 29A(5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 has been filed by the Petitioner for extending the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal which is adjudicating the disputes which have arisen under a Contract Agreement dated 26.05.2010 which was awarded to the Petitioner for execution of the work for "supply and services in respect of sub-station Package-A 132 Kv(New/Extn.) sub-station for transmission system associated with consultancy services to OPTCL". 2.

Material on record indicates that the Arbitral Tribunal was constituted on 05.06.2021. Pleadings stood completed on 25.02.2022. It is stated that the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal has been extended by this Court till The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Respondent has no objection for extension of mandate. 4.

It is stated by the learned Counsel for the Parties that final arguments are going on before the Arbitral Tribunal.

In view of the facts of the present case, this Court is inclined to extend the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal from 28.02.2025 till 31.12.2025, so that the award can be pronounced.

The Petition is disposed of, along with the pending applications, if any.
