% 23.01.2017 By a separate detailed order of even date, I have allowed the petition filed by the petitioner and cancelled the bail granted to the accused in SC No.2662/2016 in case FIR No.636/2016 under Section 376/506 IPC and Section 4/6 of POCSO Act registered at PS Govind Puri. Accordingly, the order dated 22.10.2016 passed by learned ASJ-01, South-East Distt, Saket Courts granting bail to the accused is set aside and the bail stands cancelled.
