TR.P.(C.) 13/2025 The present petition has been filed under Section 24 CPC seeking transfer of ARB. (COMM) No. 04/2024 titled as SMT. RUCHI GOYAL V/S M/S MONEYWISE FINANCIAL SERVICES PVT LTD. from Saket District Court, Delhi to Patiala House District Court, Delhi. Learned counsel submits that under bonafide legal misrepresentation, the petition was filed before Saket District Court, Delhi, instead of Patiala House District Court, Delhi.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent has accepted notice and submits on instructions that she has no objection. In view of the facts and circumstances, ARB. RUCHI GOYAL V/S M/S MONEYWISE FINANCIAL SERVICES PVT LTD. is withdrawn from the Commercial Court, Saket District Court, Delhi and be assigned to Commercial Court, Patiala House District Court, Delhi. The Transferee Court is directed to send the entire record to the transferring Court.

A copy of this order be sent to Ld. Principal District and Sessions Judge, Saket District Court and Ld. Principal District and Sessions Judge, Patiala House Courts.

Parties are directed to appear before Ld. Principal District and Sessions Judge, New Delhi on 17.02.2025. Ld. Principal District and Sessions Judge, New Delhi, may assign the petition to the Court of competent jurisdiction at New Delhi.
