After some arguments, Mr. Anshul Choudhary, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission to withdraw this petition, without prejudice to the rights and remedies of the petitioners before the Sessions Court, and before this Court in the event of any adverse order in future. 2.

Mr. Choudhary however submits that the petitioners would like to explore the possibility of settlement with respondent No. 2, as the present petition arises out of matrimonial proceedings.
