By way of this application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the applicant seeks regular bail in connection with FIR No. 206/2025 dated 10.04.2025, registered at Police Station Tigri, District South, New Delhi, under Sections 109(2)/124(1)/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, and Section 27 of the Arms Act, 1959.

Mr. Hitesh Vali, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, submits that charges are yet to be framed. He has handed over a status report which is taken on record.

After some arguments, Mr. Zahid Ali, learned counsel for the applicant, seeks permission to withdraw this application, with liberty to the applicant to move the Sessions Court at the appropriate stage. 4.
