% 10.10.2019 Petitioner No.2 submits that he is not residing with his family as he apprehends threat to his life and that of petitioner No.l from respondents No.5 to 7. Petitioners present in Court pray for protection. Upon notice, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for State submits that protection required will be provided to the petitioners. Investigating officer present in the Court submits that he will contact the respondents and assures that mobile number of Beat Constable, Division Officer as well as one lady ASI would be provided to the petitioners forthwith so that in case of an exigency, they can contact the concerned officials.

In view of aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner withdraws the petition.
