CRL.M.A. 28329/2024 By way of the present application filed under section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure 1973, the applicant/petitioner seeks advancement of the date of hearing in the matter, which is otherwise posted on 24.10.2024. In the course of submissions, however learned counsel submits that in the meantime, co-accused Dharambir has been granted bail by the learned Special Judge (NDPS)-02, Dwarka Courts, New Delhi ('Special Judge') vide order dated 22.08.2024 based on a decision rendered by this court in CRL.M.C. No.5264/2024.
