Petitioners seek quashing of case FIR No. 247/2023 of PS Mehrauli for offence under section 304A/337 IPC on the ground that the complainant de facto (respondent no.2) has compromised the disputes with the petitioners.

On being pointed out that the kind of settlement which petitioners want this Court to sanctify is blood money, because the actual victim has passed away, learned counsel for petitioners, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw this petition so that they may face trial. 3.
