The petitioners have filed the above captioned petition seeking several reliefs. However, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners has confined the present petition to seek the directions to respondent no.1 to dispose of the application of the petitioner in a timebound manner. 2.
The learned counsel appearing for respondent no.1, on instructions, submits that respondent no.1 will pass an appropriate order disposing of the petitioners' application within the period of four weeks from date. Respondent no.1 is bound down with the said statement. 3.
