Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks to withdraw this writ petition to take recourse to appropriate remedies including challenge to the order dated 23.08.2024 passed in CS SCJ No. 567/2023, titled 'Om Prakash Gupta v. Delhi Jal Board', the suit which was dismissed on an application filed by Defendant No. 3 therein under Order VII Rule 11 CPC.

Writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for in accordance with law.
