The petitioner has filed the present application, inter alia, praying that he be released on bail in the event of his arrest in connection with FIR No.0312/2019, under Sections 452/356/379/323/34 of the IPC, registered with PS Keshav Puram.

The allegations against the petitioner are serious. This Court has been shown the photographs of the victim.

the petitioner.

In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
