Petitioner seeks issuance of writ directing the respondents to take action against the illegal and unauthorized constructions being raised at Property No. 16B/26, Dev Nagar, Karol Bagh, New Delhi-110005. He also seeks its demolition and sealing as per existing laws. 2.

Learned counsel for Special Task Force/R-1, Municipal Corporation of Delhi/R-2 and Delhi Police/R-3 appear on advance notice. 3.

At the very outset, it has been informed by learned Standing Counsel for MCD/R-2 that there is already a sanctioned plan for the building in question.

file an appropriate representation before the MCD within two weeks from today and in case any such representation is filed, MCD shall look into the same and would take appropriate decision after inspecting the property in question.
