The present petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the CrPC seeks following prayers:- "It is, therefore, most humbly and respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the FIR No.38/2019, under section 420/120-B of IPC, registered with PS Wazirabad, Delhi, in the interest of justice.

Any other writ, or direction(s), order(s) if this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case may also be issued." 2.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the latter, seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise the contentions taken herein at an appropriate stage.
