Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner i.e. tenant was defending one more Eviction Petition filed on the ground of bona fide requirement and such Eviction Petition has been decreed against him and pursuant to such decree even the possession has been handed over to the concerned land-lord and, therefore, the present petition does not survive anymore.

In the present petition, the petitioner was challenging the eviction order passed on the ground of sub-letting.

Be that as it may, in view of the subsequent development and since possession of the suit property has already been handed over to the land-lord on 21.05.2025, the present petition is disposed of, as having become infructuous.
