This petition has been filed by the petitioners, praying for a direction to the respondents to step up/upgrade the pay of the petitioners at par with their juniors, namely, Sh. Balwinder Singh and Sh. Prem Singh Khatana, in terms of the judgments of this Court referred to in the petition.

Although we find that there is a considerable delay in filing the present petition, we direct the respondents to treat the contents of the present petition as a representation of the petitioners and decide upon the same within a period of eight weeks from today. 3.
