Keeping in mind the subsequent developments, which have taken place, there does not seem to be any grievance against the private respondent.

Mr. Sangram Patnaik, learned counsel, however submits that the issue has a wider ramification, and therefore, will affect the overall administration of the petitioner.

would continue to be bound by the relevant ICSI Regulations and Rules. 4.
