Learned counsel for petitioners submit that the petitioners have threat to life from respondents No.3, who is the father of petitioner no.1 and seeks protection.

Learned APP for the State submits that necessary protection would be provided to the petitioners and mobile numbers of Beat Constable, SHO concerned and a woman ASI has been provided to the petitioners so that petitioners can contact them in case of any

exigency.

In view of aforesaid direction, the learned counsel for petitioners does not press this petition.

The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
