This writ petition is preferred on behalf of the Petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a direction to Rohini Court Bar Association and the Election Tribunal to consider his eligibility for the purpose of Executive Member in the 'upto 10 years' category as on 31.07.2024 in accordance with the judgment of the Full Bench of this Court in P.K Dash v. Bar Council of Delhi, W.P.(C) 6338/2023, decided on 19.03.2024, amongst other reliefs.

Commission/Returning Officer and the Rohini Court Bar Association to consider his eligibility as on 31.07.2024, however, the representation is still pending and there is urgency in the matter for consideration of the representation, as Returning Officer has already been appointed for the upcoming elections.

Accordingly, without entering into the merits of the disputes raised in the present petition, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Rohini Court Bar Association/Returning Officer to decide the representation dated 27.01.2025, within a period of one week from today. 6.

The decision taken will be communicated to the Petitioner who will be at liberty to take recourse to further remedies as so advised if aggrieved.
