The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 226/ 227 of the Constitution of India read with Rule 3(1) of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizen's Rule, 2009 (The Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizen's Act, 2007), seeking that the complaint for eviction of respondent no.3 from the petitioner's property bearing H No. C-661, Camp No.2, Nangloi, JJ Colony, New Delhi be decided by the concerned District Magistrate (West), before whom the complaint has been preferred.

Learned counsel appearing for the concerned District Magistrate (West) submits that notices to the concerned parties have already been issued on 21.11.2024. He submits that the complaint preferred by the petitioner shall be decided as expeditiously as possible after hearing all the parties concerned.
