The present application has been filed by the Petitioner - Amazon Distributors Pvt. Ltd., under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 seeking permission to withdraw the present writ petition on the ground that the Petitioner wishes to avail of the Amnesty Scheme. 3.

Considering the averments made in the application, the present application is allowed and disposed of.
