The present petition is filed essentially seeking directions to Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 to take immediate steps against Respondent Nos. 8 to 11 and cancel the registration of Respondent No. 8 and Respondent No.10.

The petitioner is aggrieved that no action has been taken on a complaint given by the complainant against the Respondent No. 8 company and Respondent No.10 company for cheating his company, being, CABISCO Plast Pvt. Ltd. and causing loss of ₹53,56,38,684/- by creating false and fabricated documents. 3.
