Heard the petitioner who appears in person and Ms. Aishwarya Malhotra, Advocate representing the respondent/ University of Delhi. 2.
By instituting this public interest litigation petition certain directions have been sought to be issued to the respondent University to take action against the erring students for violation and non-compliance of Rule 9 of the DUSU Election Code of Conduct, 2025-26 (Code of Conduct). 3.
The petitioner has already represented his cause by making a representation to the Registrar of the University through an email dated 18.10.2025 which is enclosed as Annexure P-1 to the writ petition. 4.
The said email communication, however, does not contain any specific violation of the Code of Conduct.

petitioner to approach the authorities concerned of the University by way of making an appropriate representation containing the specific violations of the Code of Conduct giving specific instances and if any such representation containing the specific information is made, the competent authority shall, thereafter, take a decision thereon in accordance with law, of course after giving opportunity to the students against whom such action is sought. 6.
The writ petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
