A Petition under Article 226 and 227 of Constitution has been filed on behalf of the petitioner with a prayer for quashing of the impugned Order dated 21.01.2023 of the learned CMM whereby on the Closure Report submitted by the Prosecution directions were issued for further investigations.

Learned Prosecutor/ASC submits that on the directions so given by The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 04/07/2025 at 03:26:23

the learned CMM vide Order dated 21.01.2023, a fresh Closure Report has been filed in the said matter.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition to pursue the same before the learned Trial Court with liberty to file a fresh in accordance with law. 4.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petition is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

The petition is accordingly disposed of along with pending applications.
