Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, respondent nos.1 & 2/DDA and respondent no.3/Delhi Police.

In respect of the grievance raised in this petition, a complaint has already been made to the Special Task Force(STF) as is apparent from the document enclosed at page 29 (Annexure P-1 appended to the writ petition). The petitioner is also said to have made a detailed representation dated 18.04.2025 to the authorities concerned.

Accordingly, having regard to the fact that the petitioner has already approached the STF by way of making a complaint on 28.07.2025, we dispose of the present petition along with all pending applications with the directions to the STF to take a decision on the said representation and further take action, which may be warranted under law as expeditiously as possible.
