Present writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 13th December, 2023 passed by the Deputy Registrar, Registrar of Cooperative Societies, whereby the claim filed by the Petitioner-Claimant was dismissed on the ground that the claim raised by the Petitioner-Claimant challenges the action of RCS and DDA, and therefore, not covered under Section 70 of Delhi Co-operative Societies Act, 2003 and on the ground of limitation. 2.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the Petitioner wishes to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to initiate proceedings under Rule 20(4) of the Delhi Cooperative Societies Rules, 2007.
