CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE R.K.GAUBA

O R D E R

% 12.01.2018 After some hearing the learned counsel for the petitioners submits her only concern is that the case in question is more than ten years old and she having already advanced arguments on behalf of the plaintiffs, the proceedings should not be protracted any further. She, however, submits that she may be allowed to withdraw the petition as she would make endeavour to persuade the learned trial Judge to decide the suit expeditiously. Given the old pendency of the matter, this Court hopes and trusts that the trial Judge will give due priority to the case and decide it at an early date not allowing any side to protract the proceedings. The petition and the application are dismissed as withdrawn. R.K.GAUBA, J.
