The Petitioner has approached this Court for a direction to Respondent/Civil Services Officers' Institute (CSOI) to consider the application dated 27.09.2012 and the representations dated 11.08.2023 and 12.12.2023 for grant of membership to the Petitioner. 2.
Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner has placed reliance upon a Judgment dated 06.04.2022 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in LPA No.383/2019 upholding the Judgment dated 14.02.2019 passed by a Single Bench of this Court passed in W.P.(C.)
