1. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that instead of pressing the present petition, the petitioner will move an appropriate application before the learned Family Court in the ongoing proceedings initiated at the behest of the petitioner.

2. The petition is, accordingly, dismissed as not pressed with liberty, as prayed for.

3.
