O R D E R

% 10.02.2020 The present petition is filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of bail in FIR 943/2017, registered at Police Station Shahbad Dairy for the offences punishable under Section 392/394/397/120-B/411/34 IPC and Section 25/27 Arms Act.

It is not in dispute that Trial Court has framed charges against the petitioner under Section 411 and Section 25 Arms Act. Punishment in the aforesaid Section is maximum three years. Petitioner is in judicial custody since 14.01.2018.

In view of above, I am of the opinion that the petitioner has made his case fit for bail.

Accordingly, he shall be released on bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of ₹15,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.

Application stands allowed and disposed of.

Copy of this order be transmitted to the Jail Superintendent and the Trial Court concerned for compliance.
