The petitioner in the instant writ petition has prayed for the following reliefs:- "(a) Direct the Respondent no. 1 to demolish/seal the unauthorized construction being raised on property bearing no.- 7062/7 Rameshwari Nehru Nagar , Karol Bagh, New Delhi.

(b) Respondent no. 2 and 3 be directed to take action against the owner/ or builder.

(c) pass any other order/orders which this Hon'ble Court may be pleased in the facts & circumstances of the case."

respondent-Corporation, reads as under:- "2.

That this report is being filed by the Respondent Corporation in pursuance of the order dated 05.02.2024.

3. That the property at 7062/7, Rameshwari Nehru Nagar, Karol Bagh, New Delhi had been inspected by the area Junior Engineer (Bldg.) along with the petitioner on 07.02.2024. The property comprises of ground floor only. Four shops are in existence in the premises. Neither any building material has been found at the site nor any ongoing construction has been reported by the area Junior Engineer (Bldg.), post inspection of the site." 3.

There is no rejoinder to the status report.

In view of the aforesaid, if the petitioner has any further grievance, the same can be agitated before the Special Task Force or an appropriate representation can be made to the respondent-Corporation, which shall deal with the same, in accordance with law.

Reserving that liberty in favour of the petitioner, the Court, at this stage, disposes of the instant writ petition alongwith the pending application.
