The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs: "a. Issue an appropriate writ, order, or direction to Respondents to grant a seven month extension to the Petitioner's General Minor Unit (GMU) No. A1-15 (GEN), located between Pillar No. 36 and 37 on Platform Nos. 4/5 at Jaipur Railway Station, in terms of order dated 30.05.2024 in WP(C) 6771 of 2024, order dated 10.01.2025 passed in W.P.(C) 225/2025, Order dated 28.05.2025 in W.P(C) NO.

7659/2025, Order dated 09.01.2026 in W.P(C) No. 297/2026 and order dated 27.08.2024 in SLP(C) no. 19229 of 2024 of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India on the grounds of parity." 2.

It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner was granted a license for a period from 14th February, 2021 to 13th February, 2026 to operate The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

Catering Stall/General Minor Unit (GMU) No. A1-15 (GEN), located between Pillar No. 36 and 37 on Platform Nos. 4/5 at Jaipur Railway Station.

As per the policy letter No.2020/Catering/600/03 dated 21st May, 2020, respondent no.1 directed all the zones and divisions to re-open catering services as it became convenient to do so and enforced the force majeure clause for catering stalls. Pursuant to this letter, a policy for the extension of contracts due to the non-operation of stalls due to the effects of the pandemic was put into place.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner could not operate the aforesaid stall for a certain period on account of onset of Covid-19 Pandemic.

Accordingly, the petitioner seeks extension of seven (7) months in the term of license as has been granted by this Court in previous cases. Reliance is placed on orders passed in W.P.(C) 6771/2024 and connected petitions dated 30th May, 2024, SLP(C) No. 19229/2024 dated 27th August, 2024, W.P.(C) 225/2025 dated 10th January, 2025, W.P.(C) 7659/2025 dated 28th May, 2025 and W.P.(C) 297/2026 dated 9th January, 2026. 6.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner herein is similarly placed as the petitioners in the aforesaid cases. 7.

I have heard the counsel for the parties and perused the aforesaid orders/ judgments relied upon by the petitioner. 8.

Following the directions passed in the aforesaid orders/judgments and on principles of parity, it is directed that subject to payment of license fee, the petitioner shall be allowed to operate the aforesaid stall for a further period of seven (7) months with effect from 14th February, 2026. The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

The petitioner shall file an undertaking by way of an affidavit within two (2) weeks from today that they shall vacate the said stall after the expiry of the extended period of seven (7) months, failing which the respondent shall be at liberty to remove their goods from the stall. 10.
