Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the case is fixed for cross-examination before the Trial Court on 2.2.2020.

Meanwhile, the Trial Court is directed to expedite the proceedings and try to get the cross-examination concluded on the next date of hearing.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the bail application, with liberty to file an appropriate bail application before the Trial Court, immediately after the conclusion of the cross-examination of the prosecutrix.
