The petitioner has filed the present petition inter alia praying as under:

"a) Direct the Respondent to change the status of petitioner from "Not Found Category" to "Found Category" in the list of Found and Not Found prepared by the respondent as the petitioner is regularly vending.

b) Direct the Respondent to decide the petitioner's representation dated 03/01/2024 in accordance with law."

In so far as the petitioner's prayer (a) is concerned, the same relates to a list that was prepared sometime in the year 2018. 3.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent states that the said list was prepared only in response to a query raised by the Court and does not in any manner prejudice the petitioner. It is further stated that the survey would be conducted shortly and the petitioner is not precluded from participating in the said survey and providing all relevant documents in support of its claim The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. that he has been carrying on activities as a street vendor. 4.

In view of the above, no directions to change the category of the petitioner are required to be passed.

In so far as the petitioner's prayer that his representation may be decided in accordance with law, we have seen that the representation is for being treated as an active street vendor. The petitioner's representation is also to the same effect for being treated as 'found' instead of 'not found'. 6.

In view of the statement made by the learned counsel above, no further purpose would be served in directing the respondent to address the said representation.

In view of the above, the petition is disposed of. 8.

Pending applications stand closed.
