After arguments, this petition is not pressed but liberty, as prayed for, is granted to the petitioner to urge all defences of law and facts including as stated in the writ petition in the enquiry proceedings. It is also clarified and observed that in case the petitioner does not take more than four adjournments during the enquiry proceedings, then, the concerned authority will ensure that enquiry proceedings are completed within a period of six months.
