This application is, accordingly, disposed of. CRL.REV.P. 1123/2019 & CRL.M.A. 39100/2019 Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks direction as under:- Allow this revision petition and thereby set aside the impugned judgment dated 29.08.2019 passed by the court of Shri Pitamber Dutt, Hon'ble Principal Judge, Family Court, Dwarka, New Delhi in Maintenance Case No. 129/2019 u/S 125 Cr.P.C. whereby the application for interim maintenance along with application for maintenance u/S 125 Cr.P.C filed by the petitioners was allowed. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is

earnings between ₹6,000 to ₹7,000/- per month and the learned Trial Court has awarded maintenance of ₹4500/- per month to the respondents. The fact remains that minimum wage in Delhi, pre revision, was around ₹10,000/- and has now increased to around ₹16,000/-. Therefore, it cannot be believed that the petitioner is earning only between ₹6,000/- to ₹7,000/- per month.

Therefore, I find no illegality and perversity in the order. I find no ground in proceeding with the present petition. It is, accordingly, dismissed.
