% 11.03.2024 File is placed before this Court vide order dated 07.02.2024 for service of respondents No. 1A, 1B, 1C as well as respondent No.2 and for completion of pleadings.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that through telephonic communication he had words with Smt. Rajinder Kaur i.e. R-1 (C) and it is transpired that R-1(A) and R-1(B) have been expired. As per office note, notice sent to R-1 (A) is unserved with the report 'died', notice sent to R-1 (B) and R-1 (C) is awaited and notice sent to R-2 is received back unserved with the report 'not live at the given address' and R-3 is served.

Keeping the report awaited, fresh notice be issued to R-1 (B) and R-1 (C) and R-2 to be served by all permissible modes on filing of PF within four weeks, returnable on 10.09.2024. Liberty is granted to move appropriate application for impleadment of LRs of deceased R-1(A).
