% 04.02.2026 By way of the present petition filed under section 528 read with section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023, the petitioner seeks transit anticipatory bail 'in connection with the complaint lodged by his wife, Aakanksha, at Women Cell, Gaya Police Station, Bihar'. However the petition contains no reference to any FIR that may have been registered in any location in India.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits, that the petitioner does not have either the copy or even the details of the FIR but has been receiving the phone calls from various police stations in Bihar, threatening his arrest.

Absent any particulars and details of the FIR registered against the petitioner, this court is unable to grant to the petitioner any relief in the present petition.

The petition is accordingly disposed-of, granting to the petitioner liberty to file afresh for such release as he may be advised, with necessary specifics and particulars, in accordance with law.
