The present petition under Section 25B(8) of the Delhi Rent Control Act seeks following prayers:- i) To call for the records of the case bearing no. E.391/2019, titled as Shri Mukesh Khanna vs Des Raj Jewellers passed by the Court of Ms. Shefali Barnala Tandon, the then ACJ-cum-ARC, District: Central, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi. ii) To set aside the order and judgment dated 23.10.2020 passed in E.391/2019, titled as Shri Mukesh Khanna vs Des Raj Jewellers by the Court of Ms. Shefali Barnala Tandon, the then ACJ-cum-ARC, District: Central, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi and grant leave to defend in favour of the petitioner-firm. iii) Cost of the present proceedings be awarded in favour of the petitioner -firm and against the respondent.

iv) Any other order / relief as may be deemed fit and property may also be passed in favour of the Petitioner-firm and against the Respondent. 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.
