Applicant seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 262/2022 registered at Police Station Jamia Nagar for commission of offences under Section 420/445/447/451/384/120-B IPC.

On the last date when the matter was taken up, it was apprised that earlier interim protection had been granted to the applicant and that matter has also been amicably settled between the parties. 3.
Learned counsel for complainant also appears along with complainant Mehruddin Ansari.

Complainant also submits that matter has been amicably settled and has shown copy of one Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) of even date. Original has been returned to the complainant with direction to submit copy of the same with the Court Master. Such copy be made part of the record. Keeping in mind overall facts of the case and in particular aforesaid development of there being amicable settlement between the parties, application is disposed of with direction that applicant shall join investigation as and so directed and in the event of arrest, the arresting officer would release the applicant on bail on his furnishing personal bond and surety bond in a sum of Rs. 25,000/- each.

Parties would be at liberty to file appropriate petition seeking quashing of FIR in question.
