After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application, as the Charges, in the present case, has been framed and the petitioner has been discharged from an offence under Section 64(1)/62 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (BNS).

He submits that he shall be moving a fresh bail application before the learned Trial Court for which he seeks liberty. 3.

Permission to withdraw and liberty, as prayed for, is granted. 4.

In view of above, the bail application stands dismissed as withdrawn.
