Ms. Shalini Kapoor, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the plaintiff, on instructions, seeks to withdraw the present suit provided the defendants pay to the plaintiff a lump-sum amount of Rs.10,00,000/-. 2.

Mr. Ravi Gupta, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the defendants, on instructions, submits that the defendants, without prejudice to their rights and contentions, will pay an amount of Rs.10,00,000/- to the plaintiff, within a period of two weeks. The statement is taken on record and the defendants are bound down to the same.
