By way of this application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the applicant seeks grant of regular bail in connection with FIR No. 206/2025 dated 10.04.2025, registered at Police Station Tigri, District South, New Delhi, under Sections 109(2)/124(1)/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, read with Section 27 of the Arms Act, 1959.
