ARB.P. 709/2019 This is a petition filed by the petitioner under Section 11 (6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for appointment of an Arbitrator. Mr. Sunil Dalal, learned counsel appearing for the respondent on advance notice states, he has no objection, if an Arbitrator is appointed to adjudicate the inter se disputes between the parties. Noting the said submission, this court appoints Justice M.L. Mehta, Retired Judge of this court as the Sole Arbitrator who shall adjudicate the inter se disputes between the parties. The appointment of the Arbitrator shall be regulated by the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act.

Counsel for the parties shall be at liberty to contact Justice M.L. Mehta (Retd.) at his mobile no. 9910384620 for preliminary hearing. The petition stands disposed of.
