Petitioner seeks initiation of contempt proceedings against respondents for wilful disobedience of the specific directions contained in order dated 21.10.2024 passed in W.P.(C) 14744/2024. It is submitted that though it was apprised to the Court on 21.10.2024 that construction had been stopped but fact remains that construction is still going on.

Learned counsel for respondent No.1 appears on advance notice and submits that the property has already been booked on 24.01.2025 and there is no construction activity going on as on date. It is also submitted that the requisite intimation in this regard has also been forwarded to the concerned Station House Officer (SHO) to ensure that CONT.CAS(C) 155/2025 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. there is no construction till further orders. It is also informed that the concerned occupier has been called for hearing on 10.02.2025 and further decision would, accordingly be taken in accordance with law. 3.

Learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3 also appears on advance notice and assures that the concerned SHO i.e. SHO, Police Station Laxmi Nagar would ensure compliance of the order in question. 4.

Keeping in mind the above said assurances, learned counsel for the petitioner, at the moment, does not press the present contempt petition.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as not pressed.

Needless to say, in case, the petitioner come across any instance of further violation of the above said order dated 21.10.2024 or, for that matter, the violation of the assurances given today, the petitioner would be at liberty to revive the present contempt petition immediately by moving appropriate application.
