The present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, 1950 has been filed for issuing directions in CS no. 484/2023 titled as "Kavita Gandhi vs. Gunjan Kawatra and Ors." passed by learned Additional District Judge, Patiala House Court, New Delhi filed by respondent seeking permanent injunction against the petitioner. The petitioner herein is the defendant before the learned Trial Court.
