The present petition under Article 215 of the Constitution of India, 1950 read with Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers: - "a) Initiate contempt proceeding against the alleged contemnor for willfully and deliberately disobeying the judgment dated 02.12.2024 of this Hon'ble Court passed in the Writ Petition (Civil) 16571 of 2024: and Pass any other or further order/s as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case." 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the order dated 02.12.2024 passed in W.P.(C) 16571/2024 has since been complied with and in view of the same, he seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.
